After several rumors, speculations and customers’ demand the long-anticipated iPhone 6 is finally out.
Apple has finally given their fans what they want: an iPhone 6 with a larger screen.
In fact, customers will have a choice of two phones to consider, the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 and the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus
Apple showed off its brand new iPhone lineup as well as a fantastic new mobile payment service.
With the new ApplePay, instead of swiping a credit card, users of the service will swipe their iPhones which can be preloaded with customer’s debit and credit cards using the Passbook application.

As we all expected, the iPhone 6 gets a performance upgrade. The new A8 processor which is 25 per cent faster, with a graphics chip that is 50 percent faster than its predecessor.
What that implies is that it can deliver a performance for longer with basically the same battery capacity. So the iPhone 6 will last just as long as before, if not longer, claims Apple.
Apple has also made improvements to the 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera, The iPhone 6 tweaks face detection and focus to aim for better accuracy and now weaves in High Dynamic Range (HDR).
Another interesting phone feature is a glass that curves around the edges of the phone.The phone is also slim, at 0.27-inch, or 6.9-millimeters thin, and it comes in three variants: gold, silver, and space gray.
Apple’s 8-megapixel iPhone 6 iSight gets a refresh with a new sensor all the same. Colours look more life-like when the flash is engaged, and the imaging chip has better ways to battle noise, Apple says.
The iPhone 6 will launch in eight countries on September 19, with pre-orders beginning September 12: UK, US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, and Singapore.
The 4.7-inch model will start at $199 on-contract for 16GB, with 64GB and 128GB versions available for $299 and $399, respectively. The larger 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus is priced between $299 to $499 depending on the memory size.
