Ntel, Nigeria’s telecoms company ntel has rolled out a new service to help monitor service quality by consumers on its network.
Singapore-based tech company CellOS Software says it is rolling out big data analytics for ntel to have key insights into the service quality experiences of its telecoms customers.

CellOS says its CellOS Network Analytics solution will let ntel move beyond a traditional view of the network, where visibility is focused on network functions, to a new service-based view of the network where the key insight is on the level of service being experienced by customers on the network.
