Abuja to host Technology in Government Summit

The Federal Capital Territory, Abuja is set to hold Nigeria’s largest public sector ICT forum, Technology in Government, an annual summit of IT professionals at all tiers of governments.

Technology in Government will host a number of prominent speakers which include Yemi Osinbajo, Vice President of Nigeria, Minister, Federal Capital Territory, Minister of Communication, Minister of Science and Technology, and other notable speakers, according to the organisers.

The summit, organized by Nigeria Information Technology Professionals in Civil and Public Service (NITPCS) is scheduled to hold April 13-15 at Nicon Luxury Hotel, Abuja.

According to the organisers, the summit combines a high level conference with large scale exhibition that brings together senior public sector leaders, technology leaders, over 2000 distinguished IT professionals and experts to learn, connect and solve.

It will also bring together local and international manufacturers and suppliers of ICT and emerging digital technologies, with innovative case studies, as well as a free on floor seminar/ solutions focused expo floor.

According to NITPCS, the summit provides a platform to source for tested and adaptable solutions for the ongoing transformation within government.
