Putting a call through to mobile operators’ customer care line can sometimes be time consuming. To alleviate this challenge, Airtel has introduced an app that allows its subscribers to have their personal Customer Care agent with them right on their mobile phones.

The app, Airtel Care, is designed for Airtel Africa customers to have easy access to their communication needs. It allows customers to check their bill details, buy data bundles, connect to key services and recharge using Airtel Money.

The app can be downloaded from Google Play on Android devices.
