The third hackathon of Port Harcourt Android App Programming Camp for teenagers tagged “#CodeStudio3,” will hold from July 27 to August 28, 2015 in Rivers State, according to organisers of the tech event.
According to Teencoders, the organisers of the event, #CodeStudio3 will concentrate on developing the teenagers on four basic skills including real life problem solving, Android application development, website development and computer game programming. An additional career counseling / mentorship with selected mentors in Port Harcourt will also be part of the programme.
At the end of the training, each teen participant will develop a project and prizes will be awarded to the best 5 teenagers, Teencoders says adding that the teenagers will also be invited to join the Teencoders Android Developers Academy.
The camp is for teens between 12 and 18 years, organisers said.
