ATCON President on NIN SIM integration and related issues
Engr. Ike Nnamani, President, Association of Telecommunication Companies of Nigeria (ATCON), speaks on the NIN SIM integration telecoms subscribers underway in Nigeria in an exclusive interview with Technology Times.
The ATCON President says the identification scheme for telecoms subscribers ordered by the government is desirable for the delivery of government services and security of the nation.
The influential telecoms trade group, ATCON, is working with all stakeholders to ensure the success of the telecoms subscribers’ identity registration scheme.
Nnamani explains in the video below that operators in the telecoms industry are doing everything they can to comply and the issue of meeting the deadline is not a priority for now:
