Cloud-based business software company, Freshworks says it is looking at Nigeria market opportunities under its plans to expand across Africa.
Freshworks, a parent company behind Freshdesk, Freshservice, Freshsales, Freshcaller, Freshteam, Freshchat and Freshmarketer plans to make progress in the future of IT service management for Africa to meet up with the growing market demands, the company says.
Freshworks’ main objective is to substantially increase its commitment with specific investments in marketing, sales and partner resources to better serve its customers in the region, Arihant Jain, Director of Middle East and Africa at Freshworks says.
“The opening of Africa is an important milestone for us, as it demonstrates our expanding commitment to the region and strengthens our position as a leading software provider”, he says.
Jain says that last year saw Freshworks building their African foundation with the company’s flagship ‘Partner Program’ receiving immense interest from regional resellers and adding Beaupun and GoTech to their partner ecosystem.
Freshworks announced that the company will be meeting with IT leaders to discuss the ‘Consumerization of IT: From a Service to an Experience’ at an exclusive invite-only Breakfast & Networking event set to hold on 31st May at the Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, Lagos.
The Freshworks’ suite of products is designed to work together to increase collaboration and help teams better connect and communicate with their customers and co-workers.
