Gartner Inc., a leading provider of research and analysis on the global information technology industry, has announced its acquisition of Nubera , a privately held company based in Barcelona, Spain.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed by the two companies.
Nubera, whose flagship web property is GetApp, helps organisations discover, compare and choose the right business software and applications for their needs.
The services provided by Nubera are complementary to Gartner’s Software Advice business and add to the expanding range of services currently provided by the company, the research company says.
Gartner says the acquisition of Nubera is consistent with its strategy of investing in world-class products and services that help clients make the right technology-related decisions every day.
