Globacom says its new self-care app, Glo Café, now offers a unified service platform for its subscribers.
The Glo Café app is innovatively designed to bring the best of Glo services together under one unified platform and offers customers a convenient self-service channel to manage their accounts, the leading Nigerian telecoms company says.
Glo Café provides Glo customers a full 360-degree solution to manage their mobile accounts with convenience and ease.
It also opens users a one-stop entertainment shop with access to multimedia content from video, music, sports, comedy, celebrity news to gist.
The Glo Café is available for free download on the Web, Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Globacom says the Glo Café app was designed and developed after customers’ needs studies were conducted to understand “their requirements for a time-efficient yet simple and easy one-stop platform offering customer support.”
According to the telco, “the launch of Glo Café is part of our efforts to deliver the best customer experience in the digital space and empower customers with a convenient, non-intrusive and 24/7 available channel of support.”
The self-care app provides functionalities for buying, sharing and gifting of data, borrowing credit and data, recharging any Glo account and paying postpaid bills, accessing Value Added Services (VAS), among others.
Beyond telecoms services, Globacom has also unveiled a streaming service, Glo Tv that offers users access to a variety of movies and TV channels.The Glo-Tv lets users enjoy premium content through the streaming service to watch live TV channels, latest movies and series from your Android or iOS devices.
