The full range of voice, data services cost N5, 000 monthly and will be to available to over 26 million subscribers on the network of the second national operator.

The new product, Glo Infinitister which the company described as ‘first-of-its-kind post-paid product’ set to revolutionalize post paid services and bring convenience to its teeming subscribers, Glo says.

Kamaldeen Shonibare, Head, Corporate Sales, Globacom says at the launch of the product in Lagos that it is the biggest post-paid product offering ever in Nigeria.

“Infinitiser gives a golden opportunity to achieve more, enables you to talk endlessly with loved ones and business associates. It helps you to close your deals and get fulfillment. It eliminates the difference between day and night because you can make free calls on it 24/7”, he says.

Targeted at existing and potential pre and post paid customers, the product  sets  calls to other networks at low rate of 25k per second, on- net SMS at N4 per message and international calls at the rate of N9 per minute to seven destinations including US, UK landline, Canada, India, China, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Globacom says the the new product is one of the testimonies of the network’s ‘unlimited’ benefits to existing and potential subscribers.

The package was introduced in line with the mobile phone company’s commitment to delivering value and unbeatable tariffs to its subscribers.

“This product is outstanding.  It is a super Closed User Group (CUG) which will appeal to business customers, high net-worth individuals, business owners and senior managers within the corporate, SME and Public sectors”, he adds.

According to him, subscribers currently on the post-paid tariff are eligible to migrate to the new Infinitiser while subscribers who currently spend more than N5,000 to recharge their pre-paid lines monthly also stand to benefit by moving to the Infinitiser post paid platform.

He also urged subscribers on other networks to port in to Glo to enjoy the ‘special’ package while maintaining their numbers.

Giving procedures needed to migrate to the platform, Shonibare says that both new and existing subscribers and those who formally apply and fill the subscriber agreement forms at the Gloworld shop nearest to them and pay a monthly deposit of N5,000 which will qualify them for the freebies.

In his own presentation Sheriff Kolapo of the Marketing Department  says that Glo is committed to adding value to the customers adding that the new product has no complications and hidden charges.

“Glo Infinitiser is a product that targets high value customers with substantial value for their money. It has no complications or hidden charges. It gives the biggest value for post-paid customers in the history of post-paid business in Nigeria”, Kolapo adds.
