iAcademy, the company disclosed, has trained 30 youths and have a budget to train 75-100 people this year. All the trained youths have secured full employment, showcasing the effectiveness of the academy’s training programmes.

Regarding challenges, Anant Rao, acknowledged potential obstacles ahead, one of which is overcoming resistance to change within some organisations. He stated that the biggest challenge will be the reluctance of companies to evolve their processes seen as a change management process.

Heirs Technologies also revealed a commitment to data security and protection. With data breaches becoming a major concern globally for data subjects, data controllers, and processors,

Obong Idiong, CEO of the technology company, disclosed that Heirs Technologies has taken proactive measures. This includes rigorous quality control processes and monthly staff training on risk and regulatory perspectives. Trust was highlighted as a core value, with the company implementing strict data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information and maintain customer trust.
