Founded in 2004 and officially commencing operations in January 2024, Heirs Technologies has positioned itself as a forward-thinking technology company with three core business areas: IT Consulting, Managed Services, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

According to the MD/CEO, Obong Idiong, Heirs Technologies adopts a people-centric and customer-focused approach. The technology company aims to provide value beyond transactions by addressing clients’ challenges with specific, tailored solutions.

Heirs Technologies: The three core operations pillars

IT Operations: This division, the technology company said, provides comprehensive IT infrastructure management solutions, encompassing IT monitoring, network management, data analytics, and cloud services.

A central pillar of Heirs Technologies’ strategy is nurturing the next generation of Africa’s tech talent. Their training institute, iAcademy, described by Dr. Chima as their “heart and soul,” offers programmes designed to equip young Nigerians with the necessary skills to excel in the tech industry.
