Honor is set to globally unveil the Honor Magic V3 smartphone, featuring a sleek thin foldable design, alongside two other innovative devices from its stables.
The Honor MagicPad 2 and the Honor MagicBook Art 14, will join the list of devices scheduled for launch at an event taking place on September 5, 2024, in Berlin, the technology company says.

Honor will be showcasing its latest devices at the IFA event before the official start of IFA 2024. IFA (International Funkausstellung) is the world’s largest consumer electronics and home appliances show. Originating as a radio exhibition, IFA has evolved into a platform for global leaders to showcase cutting-edge innovation and technology in consumer electronics and home appliances. The IFA 2024 event is scheduled to take place from September 6th to 10th, 2024.
It is available in velvet black, snow, tundra green, and red color options, stands out for its ultra-thin foldable structure. Weighing only 226g and measuring 9.2mm thick, it is remarkably lightweight compared to other foldable devices.
The foldable smartphone is equipped with a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, a large 5,150mAh non-removable battery with 66W charging capabilities using a Type C cable. It boasts a triple 50MP main camera, a 50MP 3.5x periscope lens, a 40MP ultra-wide lens, and a 20MP front camera.
In terms of storage capacity, the Honor Magic V3 offers options of 256GB with 12GB RAM, 512GB with 16GB RAM, or 1TB with 16GB RAM. It runs on Android 14 and MagicOS 8.0.1, supporting a dual SIM 5G network. The device features a 7.92-inch display with a resolution of 2156×2344 and is protected by King Kong Rhinoceros glass.
The phone was initially launched in China in mid-July, with a global debut planned for IFA 2024 on September 5.
Speaking of the other two devices set to be unveiled, the Honor MagicPad 2 boasts a 12.3 144Hz OLED display, a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, eight speakers, and a 10,050mAh battery with 66W fast charging capabilities.
