Mobile phone manufacturer, HTC has unveiled Desire 816, the first of its new breed of mid-range smartphones at the Mobile World Congress 2014 held recently in Barcelona, Spain.

The HTC Desire 816 is powered by a quad-core, 1.6 GHz processor and offers 4G LTE connectivity. The 5.5 inch screen smartphone comes with two powerful cameras; a 13MP rear-facing camera and a 5MP front-facing camera, which makes it ideal for photography lovers. It also comes with fully loaded HTC’s iconic dual-frontal speakers and HTC BoomSound for incredible audio quality and HTC BlinkFeed which keeps users up-to-date with the latest news and social updates.
The new HTC Desire 816 will be available in China from March and globally from April, 2014, according to the phone maker.
