satelliteLagos. May 10, 2013: iDirect an ICT equipment manufacturer has assured customers that patronise its recognized marketing channel, Technology Distribution an efficient service support and enriched customer experience.

This was made known by Cheikh Dia, Sales Director Africa, iDirect, at a meeting with the Technology Distributions marketing team.

According to the firm, the only recognized distributor of its products in Nigeria is Technology Distribution while adding that it is the only sure link to guarantee the customers of genuine and original products with competitive pricing.

iDirect says that it is consolidating existing strategies to ensure that the distributor remains the most credible source for hubs, routers and network management software.

The company is surprised that despite the huge availability of its products from Technology Distribution, customers in the West Africa sub region some buyers still went through the pains ordering outside the region just to be referred back to its distributor.

The company is pushing value propositions that include its powerful universal satellite hubs, modems and accessories to meet all requirements for scalability and durability.

Etiene Etukudoh, Executive Director, Marketing Technology Distributions  reaffirmed that TD marketing, including resellers are well trained  to move the sales graph upwards for iDirect in the West African region.

With its warehouses in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja and Accra in Ghana, TD says that delivery is done promptly even with short notices.
