Few weeks after the launch of its first 6GB RAM powered device- the Innjoo Pro 2, Innjoo, Chinese technology company has just taken yet another remarkable step in the consumer tech market but this time, in the world of tablet.
Three years after entering the Nigerian tech market, Innjoo, which is headquartered in Dubai, has taken a step ahead of its competitors such as Infinix, which also entered the Nigerian tech market at about the same time as Innjoo with the launch of its latest flagship, the Innjoo Leap Book.
Innjoo in partnership with Nigeria’s Technology Distributions Mobile, a subsidiary of sub-Saharan Africa’s top IT distributor, Technology Distributions (TD), launched its new super-slim, feather-light tablet- Innjoo Leap Book at Technology Times Outlook 2017 held recently in Lagos.
One of the most striking features of the Innjoo Leap Book is its battery. The Innjoo Leap Book features 10, 000mAh Li-Po battery which Innjoo says can last up to 10 hours with regular usage when fully charged and up to 300 hours on standby mode. The battery can be charged with a car charger, a normal USB mobile phone charger and wait for this, even a power bank above 10, 000mAh.
The razor-thin Innjoo Leap Book comes in two models – the Innjoo Leap Book M100 and the Innjoo Leap Book A100, both beautifully designed. With the new Innjoo Leap Book, it’s love at first sight, no matter the model you decide to go for.

The Innjoo Leap Book and the Innjoo Leap Book M100 both flaunt gold and silver colour variants. While the Innjoo Leap Book A100 is built with a sleek plastic frame, the M100 is built with a metal frame.
Designed with a 14-inch high definition non-touch display, Innjoo Leap Book A100 and the Innjoo Leap Book M100 are both very portable and can be easily carried about.
Superb for watching movies and browsing the Internet, the Innjoo Leap Book display comes with 1366 x 768 pixel resolutions and measures 334 x 220 x 18.2mm dimensions. The Innjoo Leap Book is pocket-friendly as it weighs just 1550g and 1.2kg.
The Innjoo Leap Book features 0.3MP front camera which projects sharp colours, dual built-in speakers and also supports USB 2.0 ports.
PERFORMANCE
The Innjoo Leap Book is Innjoo’s first Windows 10 powered tablet. While unveiling the tablet, Country Manager for Nigeria at Innjoo, Rakesh Rocque says Innjoo chose the Windows 10 OS not just because it is the latest Windows Operating System (OS); it is also equally very fast. Also, every new app is compatible with Windows 10.
The Innjoo Leap Book is also equipped with an Intel Atom x5-Z8350 Quad-core CPU and Intel HD Graphics Gen8-LP 10/12EU up to 600MHz.
Add this to the Leap Book A100 which crams in a 32GB SSD and is built with an Intel Atom x5-Z8350 Quad-core CPU, Intel HD Graphics Gen8-LP 10/12EU up to 600MHz.
STORAGE
The Innjoo Leap Book offers a generous 2GB of RAM for smooth computing experience. To add to these, Leap Book A100 crams in a 32GB SSD. Luckily, the storage is expandable up to 128GB via micro SD cards to suits most users taste for their favourite music, video and other files.
Innjoo says its Innjoo Leap Book is available on Yudala, Konga, and Jumia and in the open markets across Nigeria.
