photo 17210 201003141Lagos. February 27, 2013: Localphone says it plans Mother’s Day surprises for its customers in Nigeria using the services that offers cheap international calls.

One lucky Localphone customer will win a bouquet of flowers sent to their Mother or loved one in time for Mother’s Day, the company says.

The prize draw is available to Localphone customers located in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Nigeria where Mother’s Day is celebrated on March 10, this year.

To be entered into the draw customers need to add credit to their Localphone account between 12pm GMT February 25 and 12pm GMT March 4, 2013.

Under the plan, the winner will be picked at random and contacted on March 5, this year and they will be able to select a bouquet of their choice to be delivered to their loved one.

Commenting on the promotion, Paul Cusack, CEO of Localphone, says that, ‘We want to reward our loyal customers and give them something special this Mother’s Day. We look forward to announcing more special offers for all our customers in the coming months.’

Localphone offers a range of services that enable customers to make cheap international calls and send text messages with the customer choosing a service that suits their needs.

WiFi and 3G calls can be made from the Android and iPhone apps and customers can also download the free desktop app to make calls from their Mac or Windows PC.

The most popular service is Local Numbers, which gives customers a local landline number to call that connects straight to their contact abroad. This uses the free minutes most customers have with their phone provider, so the customer only needs to pay the cheap Localphone rate for the international part of the call, the company says.
