Lagos. February 17, 2013: Jobberman, the biggest jobs website in Nigeria has launched the Employers Zone of its portal to give a platform solely for employers and companies to make their recruitment as fast and automated as possible.
According to the jobs website, the Jobberman Employers Zone (JEZ) is a system in which employers handle their recruitment without any human interference.
Ayodeji Adewunmi, CEO of Jobberman, says that JEZ serves as the ultimate online recruitment solution for employers and recruitment agencies and makes filtering and screening candidates easy for recruiters as they can now do it by themselves. With JEZ employers will be able to manage and track applications using the Applicant Tracking System.
They will also be able to search the Jobberman CV database directly; filter through candidates to quickly identify applicants that meet their requirements; access detailed statistics giving great insight into the kind of applicants their job is attracting and be able to do their recruitment without any long bureaucratic process.
Prior to this launch, the job portal says it made advertising of Job openings free on its website so that recruiters and companies can publish their job openings free of charge and attract the right candidates to their companies.
The free job posting in addition to the Employers Zone makes for a very efficient and effective tool that employers will use to get the right professionals to fill positions, says Adewunmi who adds that, “We are very proud of being able to create solutions that companies and employers can use. Employers should therefore post their jobs (free) and take advantage of the features of the Employers Zone.”
Jobberman was founded in August 2009 and has since its inception made waves in the Job market, having processed over 2 million applications with over 600,000 users and 4000 companies (ranging from start-ups to fully established companies in Nigeria) on its platform.
The company has its headquarters situated in Lekki, Lagos and also has branches in several states of the country, alongside its outlet in Ghana.
