Jovago aims to cater to the diverse Nigerian travel markets that prefer land travel and are largely offline, Marek Zmyslowski, Managing Director of Jovago.com, an online hotel booking platform has said following a deal with major transport companies in the country.

Jovago announced that it has teamed up with bus transport companies to make hotel bookings accessible to travelling Nigerians.

The company has so far partnered with over 20 bus transport agencies including EkeneDiliChukwu, Izuchukwu Transport Nigeria Limited and has also kicked off a white label partnership with God Is Good Motors one of Nigeria’s largest bus transport companies , making Jovago.com their official hotel partner.

“This is a great achievement for Jovago.com. As the leading hotel booking site in Nigeria, we aim to meet all our travelling customers wherever they may be, especially while they are in the booking process, hence making hotel booking service even more accessible.”

Nigerians visiting the God Is Good Motors website can now easily find and book from over 200,000 hotels around the world and over 5,000 hotels in Nigeria, the companies announced

Ibemere Samuel, director, Corporate Communications/Strategy, God Is Good Motors Limited, said that, “we have realised that a lot of Nigerians are moving online to transact businesses, this is why we have created a standard website which would be easy for customers to book bus tickets from. With the Jovago partnership, our passengers can now also find their hotels easily, making their trip as seamless as possible.”

Jovago.com is an online hotel booking service headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, and founded by Africa Internet Group.
