Global data centre infrastructure solutions provider Minkels has been selected as data centre supplier for Nigeria’s connectivity and data centere solutions company, MainOne.
According to Ms. Funke Opeke, CEO of MainOne, after evaluating all top industry players, custom CAC vendors and local manufacturers, Minkels met the company’s requirements.
The MainOne CEO says, ”in search of a more flexible Cold Aisle Containment System (CAC) to accommodate the needs of its global customers with racks of varying widths and heights, the company considered manufacturing in China to meet its specifications and also direct purchase from various OEMS. ”
Minkels has the technical ability to understand the company’s requirements and quickly make custom engineering modifications based on experience with many of its global customers, the Nigerian tech company, MainOne says. Following the partnership, MainOne has successfully deployed the Cold Aisle Containment solution and custom support frames to meet the requirements of its international co-location customers who will be deploying their server racks shortly.
