The deep-tech industry has been growing over the last few years with companies raising over $2.35 billion between 2015 and June 2022, according to MarkHack 3.0 organisers.
Organisers of MarkHack 3.0 pride the event as “Nigeria’s first ever marketing and media hackathon, MarkHack, a gathering of innovators, entrepreneurs, policy makers, media practitioners and marketing professionals on a mission to create solutions to real-life marketing and media challenges within 2 months.”
According to them, “between 2015 and June 2022, deep-tech companies raised a cumulative amount of $2.35 billion in disclosed funding, accounting for 15% of all the funding raised by technology companies in the continent over the same period.”

The MarkHack 3.0 themed “Beyond Limits: Unleashing Creativity with Emerging Tech” is scheduled to hold July 5 at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos, while the free registration for the event closes today.
MarkHack 3.0 the third edition of the event, is set for creating solutions that leverage artificial intelligence to personalize marketing content and campaigns for diverse and dynamic African audiences.
