The Microsoft Excel team says it incorporated new feature updates into Office 365 for users save a relationship diagram view as a picture and also enhance their relationship dialogue experience.
The Microsoft team says the new feature updates to Power Pivot for excel 2016 will enable users to save data model diagram view as a high resolution image file that can be used for sharing, printing or analyzing the data model. The image file in the power pivot add-in can be created by clicking “file” and then selecting “save view as picture.
The new feature will also enable users to manually add or edit a table relationship while exploring a sample of the data-up to five rows of data in a selected table. This helps to create faster and more accurate relationships without the need to go back and forth to the data view every time you wish to create or edit a table relationship, the team says.
In addition to the ability to save relationship view as pictures, the usability goodies which the Excel team says its new feature updates contain includes:

-Table selection using keyboard navigation: this allows users to select a table by typing the first letter of the table name which will cause the first column starting with the selected letter to move.
-Column selection using column navigation: this allows users to select a column by typing the first letter of the column name which will cause the first column starting with the selected letter to move.
-Auto column suggestion for same column name in both tables: this allow users to auto-select a column after typing the first table and column, followed by the second table bearing the same name as the intended column.
Other features of the new feature updates which according to the Excel team, is designed to improve modeling users experience includes:
-Power Pivot data model is no longer lost when working with hidden workbooks.
-Ability to upgrade an Excel 2010 workbook with a data model to Excel 2016 is now available.
-Ability to add a calculated column in Power Pivot, unless it contains a formula, is now available.
The Excel team says that a full list in this customer update can be gotten from Power Pivot and the Analysis Services Engine in Excel 2016 fixes.
