Coscharis Motors, a key player in the Nigerian automobile industry says its plan to launch the new Jaguar XE at the upcoming Tech+ Conference and Exhibitions, Nigeria’s major Technology Conference and Exhibitions billed for later this month is key to showcasing the automotive wonder to the local market. Tech+ is holding July 24 and 25, 2015 at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos and has also been backed by MTN Nigeria, the biggest mobile phone company and other major tech industry players. He also hinted that select guests to TECH+ will have the pleasure of first-hand feel of the range at the conference while noting that XE is a "wake up call for every other car in its class." XE’s command centre is called InControl Touch. It is the hub which gives control over the car’s major functions including audio, climate control and satellite navigation. It also enables telephone connectivity, to keep you in touch. The 8 inch Touch-screen in the centre console features an all new graphical interface and fast system response times, as well as familiar tablet and smartphones gestures such as ‘stretch’ and ‘swipe’. In same vein the telecoms giant, MTN Nigeria and other key industry players in the technology sector have also given their backing to the event.
