    Serigne Dioum, CEO, Group Fintech of MTN, speaks on the telco’s next frontier after 300M GSM, 70M mobile money customers and vision to be the leading fintech in Africa. 

    While speaking at MWC Kigali 2023 in Rwanda, the CEO, Group Fintech of MTN says that the telco’s strategy targets 2025 as an important milestone when the fintech unit hopes to have acquired 100 million active mobile money customers, five million merchants and be the leading remittance partners across the African ecosystem and $750 billion in transaction value.
