MTN Nigeria has announced the opening of pre-orders for the anticipated Samsung Galaxy S25 series, requiring customers to make a minimum deposit of  ₦500,000 to secure their devices.

MTN Nigeria has announced the opening of pre-orders for the anticipated Samsung Galaxy S25 series, requiring customers to make a minimum deposit of ₦500,000 to secure their devices. 

The telecoms giant has provided detailed instructions for the pre-order process, including payment details and pick-up locations across major cities.

“Payment of a  ₦500,000 minimum deposit fee is required to be made into the account provided below after selecting your preferred Samsung Galaxy S25 series option to validate your pre-order,” the mobile phone company says.

Customers are instructed to transfer the deposit into an Access Bank account under the name “TD Mobile/MTN” (Account Number: 0768169241) and to “Select ‘Operator’ as your state, and then choose ‘MTN-Nigeria [C001438619]’ when placing your pre-order.”

The designated collection points include: 

• Port Harcourt – MTN Port Harcourt SC, 234b Aba Expressway, opposite Hannah Fast Food
• Abuja – MTN Maitama SC, Plot 2784, Shehu Shagari Way, Maitama
• Lagos – MTN Matori SC, 16 Fatai Atere Way, Matori, Oshodi; MTN Ikeja SC, 1 Opebi Road, Ikeja; and MTN Adeola SC, 1267 Adeola Odeku, Victoria Island.

Samsung unveiled its Galaxy S25 series – which includes the Galaxy S25, S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra – during its Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22, 2025.

The new smartphones, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, come with 12GB of RAM across all models, and run Android 15 with the latest One UI 7. They also feature advanced AI tools such as the Now Brief and Now Bar that deliver personalized information directly from the lockscreen.

MTN Nigeria’s offer is part of a broader trend among mobile network operators to bundle flagship devices with exclusive packages.
