The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has donated Telecoms and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) books to Ken Saro Wiwa Polytechnic in Bori, Rivers State.
The telecoms regulator says the donation of the 87 is part of its National Books Donation Initiative.
The NCC delegation to the Polytechnic was led by Felix Adeoye, the Commission’s Secretary, who represented Professor Umar Danbatta, the Executive Vice Chairman of the Commission.
The books were received by Engr. D.M. Princewill, Deputy Rector of the Polytechnic.
The Books Donation Initiative of the Commission is to support capacity building in Telecommunications and Engineering in tertiary institutions and public libraries, according to the telecoms regulator.
