Lagos. February 11, 2013: US-based East Coast Diversified Corporation through its subsidiary, EarthSearch Communications International, has signed a new Master Licensee Agreement with Halogen Security to offer its technology across West Africa.
The three-year agreement, which takes effect this month, grants Halogen the exclusive right to sell EarthSearch’s integrated RFID/GPS software platform to end users and recruit distributors within its West African sales territory, the company announced noting that this territory includes all 16 countries within the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
“Halogen is a leader in the field of professional security solutions,” ECDC CEO Kayode Aladesuyi says while commenting on the deal bringing the technology platform to customers across West Africa.
“Their outstanding reputation, long history of success and diverse client base across key sectors of the Nigerian and West African economies made them an ideal candidate for a Master Licensee Agreement. The leadership at Halogen takes its professional security business very seriously, and we are confident they will be successful as an EarthSearch Master Licensee”, Aladesuyi adds.
With seven regional offices across Nigeria and a state-of-the-art training academy with bases localised to regional operations, Halogen Security has been a cutting edge provider of total integrated security solutions since 1992. Halogen leadership says it is excited the two corporate entities have come to the table to offer maximum value to the Nigerian and West African markets.
