Kaspersky Lab, the world’s largest privately held vendor of endpoint protection solutions and Mensa, the high IQ society are inviting Internet users to take part in the first annual Global Think Test challenge.

According to Kaspersky Lab, the Global Think Test is made up of a series of online brain games, quizzes and puzzles, specially created to let participants hone their combination, calculation skills and thinking abilities. Participants can now register to take part and sign up for the ultimate competition on Global Think Test Day, coming up on September 6, 2014.

Eugene Kaspersky, Chairman and CEO Kaspersky Lab says “being alert and focused can help you win computer games, but can also help you keep cybercriminals at bay. We can avoid so many threats by simply being alert.”

According to him, “if something is too good to be true, it most probably is. In most cases there are tell-tale signs that a website is fake. If you’re not distracted by other things and are trained to stay focused, you should be able to spot them.”

The Global Think Test website offers a variety of brain-training games, puzzles and IQ tests to help participants flex their mental muscles. It also gives everyone the chance to register for the competition on Global Think Test Day and be in the running to win the grand prize.

Global Think Test Day is a worldwide online challenge that invites all registered participants to put their brainpower to the greatest test and go head-to-head with some of the best brains in the world. The winner of this challenge, who gets the highest score in the quickest time, will become the Kaspersky Global Think Test Champion and win the grand prize worth $25,000 in cash. The name of the winner will be announced on September 7, 2014.

The Global Think Test is being staged with the help of Cricket pro Sachin Tendulkar and the Formula One racing team Scuderia Ferrari.
