Phone maker, realme, has set a June 28 launch date for the realme C61 smartphone which its makers says is “tough as steel” because of the ability of the device to withstand extreme conditions.

realme, a growing Chinese smartphone maker, which recently disclosed details about its newest smartphone, the realme C61, unfolded the launch date, pricing, RAM and storage options, availability, and key features of the device.

Notably, the realme C61 is said to be the first in the realme C series to feature IP55 dust and water resistance, making it a durable smartphone. Also, the screen is a basic LCD panel with HD+ resolution

The realme C61 boasts an integrated metallic frame and reinforced glass, earning it the prestigious TUV Rheinland certification for high reliability.

Powered by a Unisoc T612 chipset, the device offers a 32MP rear camera and storage options of 6GB+128GB, 4GB+128GB, and 4GB+64GB. Additionally, the smartphone is equipped with a 5000mAh battery to ensure lasting performance, according to its maker.
