The academic centre is a portal with over 5,000 online courses and almost 100,000 simulated time-based Questions and Answers, the company announced.

Lagos. February 16, 2013: Mobile Rechargespot Limited has launched a learning and web education portal called qCefa, meaning: Quality and Cheap Education For All, to provide an academic connection centre where students, teachers, educationists, and professionals can share knowledge and get educated without the limitation of distance or cost.

“This is our gift to the educational sector, there hasn’t been anything like this in the History of Nigeria and in many parts of the world,” says Michael Toyin-Emmanuel, Managing Director of Mobile Rechargespot Ltd on the launch of the resource.

The academic centre is a portal with over 5,000 online courses and almost 100,000 simulated time-based Questions and Answers, the company announced.

The company says the portal will not be limited to Nigeria as students all over Africa with internet access can learn and prepare for exams and excel conveniently online.

“I wish I had this opportunity growing up, but I am proud to have brought a solution to students around the world,” he says.

According to him, lyrics of woe often sung by parents, teachers, and employers of labour is, ‘‘The Standard of Education is decaying.” Every parent can rhyme to these lyrics, every employer of labour can step to its beat; its rhymes and rhythm are audibly heard in the poor performance of the wards.

He adds that the influx of technologies has been regarded as a social menace and social media is often blamed for under performance amongst students.

Mobile Rechargespot says that through qCefa, it “wants to squeeze the lemon into lemonade, by embedding education in technology in engaging, interactive, instructive and flexible ways which gear towards restoring the glory of education, with a guarantee of giving students the best learning experience.”
