Resiligent, a company specializing in personal and organisational development, has announced the appointment of Zainab Ado Braimah as the new Country Manager for Nigeria.

Zainab Ado Braimah brings over 20 years of experience in customer care, relationship management, sales and marketing, and team management. She has a background in multinational companies within the telecoms, electronics, and information technology sectors. Fluent in English and Hausa, with a basic understanding of French, Zainab has demonstrated success in branding, marketing, and communications, with a focus on client interactions and retention levels.
According to Resiligent, Zainab’s role will involve overseeing operations in Nigeria and contributing to the company’s strategic initiatives in sub-Saharan Africa. Her professional ethos emphasises service delivery, customer support, and relationship management.
