The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G smartphone, is the last in the S21 series to be created with upgrades beyond merely for performance.

With the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G, the tech giant has introduced a device featuring other upgrades in camera and display.  

This smartphone comes in four colours – White, Graphite, Lavender, and Olive, and is built with a Glass front (Gorilla Glass Victus), plastic back, and aluminium frame body.

There’s no slot on the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G for a microSDXC card, so this might be a sad one for consumers interested in expanding their storage on the smartphone.

Samsung released the smartphone on January 07 this year and it can be yours from price ranges of ₦217,000 to ₦280,000. The price you pay for the  Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G will depend on the source you choose to buy from, the model or the storage.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G smartphone uses Single SIM (Nano-SIM) or Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) with IP68 dust/water resistance which could mean up to 1.5m for 30 mins, according to the makers of the smartphone. 

This smartphone uses an Adreno 660 GPU- version 1 and Mali-G78 MP14 – Version 2, It also uses Octa-core (1×2.84 GHz Kryo 680 & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 680 & 4×1.80 GHz Kryo 680) CPU – Version 1 and Octa-core (1×2.9 GHz Cortex-X1 & 3×2.80 GHz Cortex-A78 & 4×2.2 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU – Version 2.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G also comes with WLAN (Wi-Fi), Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C including USB-on-the-go, but the radio was not specified. 

Also, there is a non-removable 4500mAh battery that powers the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G and lasts on a fast charge of 25W, that is, 50 per cent in 30 minutes, according to Samsung. You also get fast wireless charging 15W, Reverse wireless charging and USB Power Delivery 3.0. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G smartphone comes in six models which are the SM-G990B, SM-G990B/DS, SM-G990U, SM-G990U1, SM-G990W, and SM-G990E models.

The selfie camera on the smartphone has 4K@30/60fps, 1080p@30/60fps, gyro-EIS video with HDR features while the main cameras have LED flash, auto-HDR, and panorama features with 4K@30/60fps, 1080p@30/60/240fps, 720p@960fps, HDR10+, gyro-EIS video.

If you are buying the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G, there are only three storage choices, so you either decide to go for the 128GB 6GB RAM, 128GB 8GB RAM or 256GB 8GB RAM depending on your preference or wallet.

However, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G is delivered in a cost-saving retail box in which you will find only a cable, some paperwork and the device. Just like Apple, Samsung has adopted this economical model of box and contents.
