South Korean technology company Samsung Electronics says it now offers an easier way to provide support to customers with its new online S Service.
The new S Service is a live online customer support service, which allows customers to connect and chat directly with a service agent via their PC, according to Samsung.
Samsung states that in line with the research which shows that most people need help for their devices in the evenings, from 7 p.m to 2 a.m, its S Service is designed to be conveniently available during those hours.
It is designed with the purpose of saving customers the time and stress associated with visiting a customer care center or searching for someone who is not an expert to ask for solutions, Samsung adds.
“It’s a convenient way for people to get expert help right from the comfort of their computer, because it is a chat-based service that operates over your computer. You don’t have to worry about background noise, so you can use it at home, in a café, or anywhere with web access.”
The company said that S Service which lets anyone connect directly with a service agent through one-on-one remote support via their PC is available in English language during weekdays Mondays 9:00 a.m to Fridays 11:59 p.m.
