The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) has said that it is offering a 20% discount on logistics services for registered SMEs across the country.

SMEDAN said the offer followed its partnership with God is Good (GIG) Logistics Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) under plans to provide cost-effective logistics services to small businesses in the country.

Logistics services encompass all aspects of the supply chain, including transportation from the manufacturer to the warehouse, warehousing, order fulfillment, and delivery to the end customer.

On August 19, 2024, GIG Logistics and SMEDAN formalised the partnership to provide a 20% discount to registered SMEs on their logistics services, the agency said.

The partnership according to SMEDAN, an agency that fosters the growth and development of Nano, Micro, Small and Medium-sized enterprises across Nigeria, aims to provide access to more affordable logistics solutions to empower SMEs to compete effectively and access new market opportunities.
