
Sony Corporation has unveiled a new range of Xperia smartphone at the 2014 IFA consumer electronics show in Berlin, Germany.
The latest smartphones released by the Japanese tech giant include Xperia Z3, Xperia Z3 Compact and Xperia E3.
These latest smartphones from Sony combine the best Sony technologies including its camera, camcorder and audio technologies, together with the world’s first immersive PS4 gaming experience on a smartphone through PS4 Remote Play.
According to Sony, the Xperia Z3 comes with a large 5.2 inch display screen. It incorporates a rounded aluminium frame and tempered glass panels, providing a crafted finish and a slim, light body measuring just 7.3mm in width and weighing only 152g. The Xperia Z3 is dust-tight and waterproof. It is available in white, black, copper or silver green colours.
The Xperia Z3 Compact measures just 129g in weight. It is also dust-tight and waterproof. It is available in a range of four colours, including white, black, orange and green.
Xperia E3 shares the same design style with Xperia Z3 series. It features a 4.5 inch screen. It comes equipped with a 5 megapixel camera and Sony’s creative camera apps to add creative fun to photos and videos. Its ‘shake to start’ app enables users to customise shortcuts to their favorite apps and access them with just a flick of the wrist.
It is equipped with a high-speed Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor together with quad-core 1.2GHz CPUs and long-lasting battery with Battery STAMINA Mode to keep users connected for longer. It is available in white, black, lime and copper.
