
Shina Badaru, the Founder of Technology Times, has called on industry stakeholders to devise “home-grown” solutions to protect intellectual property rights of the Nigerian media industry in the fast-growing Internet age.
Badaru, made the recommendation Wednesday as a speaker at the Summit on Functional Social Networking for Journalists – The Capital Edition, organized by Journalism Clinic and Everything Journalism in partnership with UBA, to refocus attention on the impact of new media on traditional journalism in Nigeria.
