Vodacom Business Nigeria says it has tied up a deal with Etisalat Nigeria that enables Vodacom provide mobile voice services to its customers in the country.

In return, the letters of the alliance will equally allow Etisalat to provide improved enterprise solutions to its customers.

Vodacom Business Nigeria says it will offer a full package of custom-made enterprise class Mobile Voice and Data Services to businesses in Nigeria through its Enterprise Mobile Voice Solution.

Solomon Ogufere, Executive Director Commercial at Vodacom Business Nigeria says the company also want to improve productivity and response time for corporates “especially those businesses with large number of staff on the move.”

The partnership is expected to enable Etisalat to provide point to point and multi point fixed connectivity solutions to its customers, thereby offering them a one-stop shopping experience, the companies announced in a joint statement.

Vodacom and Etisalat customers will also have a single billing platform to avoid dealing with multiple communications service providers.

Matthew Willsher, Chief Executive Officer of Etisalat Nigeria, says “in the fast-paced telecommunication market of today, the successful companies will be those who build the right strategic partnerships to accelerate innovation, growth and offer customer more value for their money.”
