WhatsApp says it has introduced new customisation options for images and video that are shared on the instant messaging app.
With the new camera features, users will be able to write or draw on photos and videos while they will be also able to add emojis, the company says.
WhatsApp says that the new camera features has started rolling out to Android devices while these will be available to iPhone users soon.
According to WhatsApp, the camera feature now supports the front-facing flash that will help to brighten up the screen of the phone and improve the quality of photo, giving users the perfect selfie even in low light and at night.
WhatsApp says it has also added a convenient zooming feature for recording videos.
” To explore this feature, users should simply slide their finger up and down to zoom in and out. And to quickly switch between front and rear facing cameras, users should simply double tap on the screen.”
