Zenith bank has announced that its website is currently being redesigned to foster the provision of information about its products and services to its customer segments.
The bank says online banking access on the new website will have a new position at the top of the website page. Following this, Individual and corporate customers can select individual and corporate Internet banking options respectively from a drop-down menu, the bank said this week in a statement to its customers.
Zenith Bank expects to launch the new website in May this year and has expressed confidence in the ability of the updated and improved website to enhance customer’s banking experience.
The bank says it will not ask customers to perform any update or upgrade in order to use the new website or for anything else. It also warned customers to see any email that appears to emanate from it requesting customers to click on any links where their banking details will be provided as fraudulent.
